Iran Press/ Europe: The event was organized by an Italian company with the support of the Health Tourism Development Center of Islamic Countries (HTDC) in Abano Terme, northern Italy, aiming to explain the capacities and organizing health tourism of the countries for four days (June 7-10, 2022).
In an interview with Iran Press, Secretary-General of the Health Tourism Development Center of Islamic Countries, Majid Zangoui, stated that the presence of five Iranian tourism services companies at the European Health Tourism Conference shows Iran's capacity to provide medical services to foreign patients.
He highlighted that all tourism activists participating in the European Health Tourism Conference in Italy had been invited to attend and participate in the International Conference and Exhibition of Private Hospitals in Iran (this summer) and the Sixth International Health Congress of Islamic Countries in Tehran (this fall).
More than 200 health and tourism activists from around the world attended the International European Health Tourism Conference in Italy.
