He also described the strengthening of economic ties between Iran and Kuwait as essential for enhancing bilateral relations and emphasized the Islamic Republic of Iran's commitment to expanding relations with Kuwait.
Abdullah Ali Al-Yahya, the Foreign Minister of Kuwait, also referred to the historical, geographical, and cultural commonalities between the two countries and peoples, and emphasized the Kuwaiti government's readiness to comprehensively develop relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
In this meeting, both sides emphasized the development of relations in all fields, activation, and strengthening of bilateral mechanisms, including the Joint Economic Commission and political as well as consular committees.
