Iran Press/ Iran news: On Sunday, in a phone call, Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian congratulated the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on the New Year and discussed and exchanged opinions with him on issues of interest to the two countries.
