The young Iranian athletes had previously won the Asian title in 2022, when the event was held in Tehran, and now they have reclaimed the championship on Thailand’s home turf.
Having already qualified for the 2025 World Championship in Tunisia, Iran’s victory adds to their growing list of accomplishments. The third edition of the Asian Youth Beach Handball Championship concluded with an award ceremony, where the Iranian team received the championship trophy, marking the end of a successful tournament.
