Iran Press/Iran news: The Navy Commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri said on Thursday that the crossing of the Strait of Hormuz is free for all the countries and Iran is trying to provide its security.
He also went on to say that: "The Islamic Republic of Iran stands firm against trans-regional countries and enemies entering the Persian Gulf in order to create instability and insecurity in the region", Iran Press reported.
Tangsiri also added that: "The countries of the region know that Iran has extended brotherhood and friendship towards Islamic nations and countries, and the alliance and escort of the vessels cannot interfere in the major mission of the IRGC which is to provide security".
