Iran Press/ Iran news: Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China Liu Jianchao, met with the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), Ali Akbar Ahmadian, and discussed bilateral, regional, and international issues.
Assessing positive the role of the Chinese government in the UN Security Council and its support for the oppressed Palestinian people, Ahmadian referred to the long-standing relations between two Iran and China and emphasized the promotion of all-round relations in the political, economic, and commercial fields in the form of a comprehensive and strategic 25-year agreement between the two countries.
Liu Jianchao, for his part, pointed to Iran's role as a bridge connecting East and West and an important part of the 'One Belt One Road' project and expressed China's readiness for the comprehensive development of cooperation in the framework of announced a 25-year strategic agreement between the two countries.
Appreciating Iran's role in maintaining regional peace and stability, Liujian Chao said that China supports Iran's policies to establish stable security in the region.
By explaining the interventionist measures and the negative role of the US in different regions of the world, he emphasized cooperation to deal with US unilateralism.
