Iran Press/ Iran news: In a meeting with Yemeni Ambassador to Tehran Ibrahim Mohammad al-Dulaimi on Sunday, Brigadier General Amir Hatami stated that the Islamic Republic of Iran supports the political settlement of the Yemen crisis and the right of Yemenis to determine their own destiny.
The minister also emphasized the need to strengthen the relations between the Iranian and Yemeni armies.
The Yemeni ambassador to Iran conveyed warm greetings of Yemeni Defense Minister Mohammed Nasser al-Atefi, and Yemen Joint Chief of Staff Mohammed al-Ghammari to the Iranian defense minister, calling for expanding cooperation between the two countries in all fields.
Al-Dulaimi also praised Iran's position in support of the Yemeni government and nation.
