Iran Press/ Iran News: Brigadier-General Amir Hatami on Saturday at the opening ceremony of mass production line shoulder-launched missile and solid fuel production plants congratulated the 10Day-Dawn and the anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution and added: "Today, no power due to the maximum readiness of the armed forces and exemplary authority of the great Islamic nation of Iran in the world, does not dare to encroach on our homeland."
Referring to the opening of a mass production line of advanced air defense missiles in the Defense Industries Organization of the Ministry of Defense, Iran’s Defense Minister said: "Mass production of these missiles by the youth of Islamic Iran could serve as another golden leaf in Iran’s book of honor.”
The Minister of Defense and Support of the Armed Forces of Iran noted: "Such air defense shoulder-launched missile is comparable to the most moderns missiles in the world in terms of technology and tactical capability, and are even superior to foreign models in some components."
According to Hatami, the systems used in these missiles are completely indigenized and the depth of localization is to the extent that it is possible to produce and supply various products from its production lines, according to the type of threats and the needs of the armed forces.
Regarding the opening of composite solid fuel production factories in the Defense Industries Organization, he said: "This factory has been created in order to supply composite solid fuel to all missiles in the ground battlefield."
According to Defence and Armed Forces Logistics, the composite solid fuel can effectively increase the range and speed of low-altitude surface-to-surface missiles and air defense due to its higher energy.
