More than 200 companies producing defense and military equipment from 26 countries are present at the Baku International Defense Industry Exhibition, displaying their latest products in the defense and military field.
Five companies from Iran participated in the exhibition and displayed equipment in ground warfare, air warfare, naval warfare, electromagnetics, telecommunications, and artificial intelligence.
Admiral Amir Rastagari, Deputy Minister of Defense of Iran, said on the sidelines of the exhibition that due to the common border and good relations between Iran and the Republic of Azerbaijan, the development of military ties is on the agenda.
Baku International Defense Industry Exhibition is one of the defense industry exhibitions in South Caucasus and Central Asia, which is held every two years.
Various foreign delegations, including the military delegation of the Rep. of Azerbaijan, visited the latest military and defense achievements of the Islamic Republic in Iran's pavilion.
