Iran daily COVID death toll declines to 76

Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Thursday that 76 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 129,988.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to December 2, 2021, 6,125,596 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 5,901,532 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 3,839 cases, out of whom 623 patients were hospitalized.

3,314 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 38,983,629 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, no cities are red, 22 are orange, 207 are yellow, and 219 are blue zones.

So far, 57,867,860 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 47,608,297 have received the second dose, 1,145,493 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 106,621,650 doses.
