The decline of commitments continues to serve Iran interests

Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister during his meeting with the Dutch Foreign Minister emphasized that Tehran is determine to reduce its obligations until Iran's interests are met.

Iran PressEurope: Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister, Seyed Abbas Araghchi on Monday met with Dutch Foreign Minister Stephen Blok to discuss international issues, especially the latest developments in the Brotherhood, as well as ways to expand relations between the two countries.

At the meeting, Araghchi emphasized the Islamic Republic's policy of reducing its obligations under the Iranian law, which will be carried out within the framework of Iranian law in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and will continue until Iran's interests are met, Iran Press reported.

The Dutch Foreign Minister also emphasized the need to preserve the JCPOA.

 Araghchi also consulted with his Dutch counterpart on various bilateral and multilateral and regional issues, including the Hormuz Peace Initiative, maritime security in the Persian Gulf and the Red Sea, regional developments and bilateral economic cooperation.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi has arrived in the Hague to attend the third political consultations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Netherlands.
