Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced that 63 death cases due to COVID-19 had been registered during the past 24 hours, increasing the death toll to 139,865.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to March 24, 2022, a total number of 7,145,877 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 6,842,103 of the infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 1,345 cases, of whom 261 were hospitalized.

1,753 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 48,991,010 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 29 cities are red, 126 are orange, 278 are Yellow, and 15 are zones.

So far, 63,777,112 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 56,601,281 have received the second dose, 25,780,675 have received the third dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 146,159,068 doses.
