Iran Press/Iran News: On the fourth anniversary of the demise of Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani held on Thursday, Seyyed Hassan Khomeini said he was a man of hard times during the imposed-8-year war on Iran.
Grandson of Imam Khomeini the late Founder of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Head of Imam Khomeini's mausoleum said that the late Rafsanjani stood against all powers when the whole world supported Saddam in the imposed war.
Pointing out that Rafsanjani was loyal to the Islamic Republic, he stated that Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani was committed to his relationship with Imam Khomeini and the ideals of the Islamic Revolution.
Describing the late Hashemi Rafsanjani, Vice President Mohammad Bagher Nobakht said that no government other than the government of Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani had economic growth above 7%.
He pointed out that all people know the late Rafsanjani as the Commander of Construction, noting that social justice was formed during the time of the great figure.
Also, Tehran City council official Mohsen Hashemi Rafsanjani, Late Ayatollah Hashemi Rafsanjani's son, said that the late Rafsanjani was always with the Islamic Revolution and leadership during the time of Imam Khomeini and after his demise during the leadership of Ayatollah Khamenei.
He stressed that according to the message of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei, the late Rafsanjani was full of intelligence and intimacy and was the support of the Leader.
Hashemi Rafsanjani believed that the authorities should behave in such a way that no pressure is put on the people and that all the goals of the Islamic Revolution are achieved, Mohsen Hashemi concluded.
