Iran imports 400,000 doses of Chinese Sinopharm

Tehran (IP) – Iran's customs deputy announced the import of 400,000 doses of Chinese Sinopharm vaccine to Iran.

Iran PressIran News: Mehrdad Jamal-Arvanaghi stated that 400,000 doses of the Sinopharm vaccine donated by the Chinese Red Cross arrived at Imam Khomeini Airport on Thursday.

So far, Iran has purchased and imported vaccines from China, India, and Russia for the vaccination of the people.

Iran has also received vaccines from the COVAX global vaccine initiative.

In addition, Iranian scientists have successfully developed and tested several COVID-19 vaccines in recent months.
