Tehran (IP) - A member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Commission in the Iranian Parliament underlined that the Islamic Republic is ready to ease regional tensions.

Iran Press/ Iran News: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press, Heshmatolah Falahatpishe referred to Friday's rocket attack on the Iranian oil tanker in the Red Sea, saying: "We face two various diplomacies; one is to ease regional tensions."

He further highlighted the readiness of the country to ease regional tensions and added: "Pakistani Prime Minister Imran Khan's visit proved this diplomacy."

"However, the second diplomacy is against the first one and escalates the tension in the region, example of which is the attack on the Iranian-own oil tanker which will definitely face Iran's response."
