IP – Iran's Deputy Minister of Oil for Research Affairs says enemies of the Islamic Republic are trying non-stop to infiltrate the country’s oil industry.

Iran PressIran news:  Vahidreza Zeidifard made the remarks on Thursday in Bandar Abbas, the capital of Hormuzgan Province, where he addressed participants on the final day of a meeting of managers of gas refining companies.

He stated that any disruption in the oil industry causes a crisis for the whole country; hence, all the working staff should remain vigilant as enemies are constantly trying to infiltrate the oil industry.

The deputy oil minister referred to a cyberattack on the National Iranian Oil Products Distribution Company in 2021, which he said was aimed at creating a crisis for the country, adding that all threats by enemies have been thwarted in the past two years.
