The spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, in an interview with Le Monde newspaper in France, said: "Iran is considering how to proceed with the talks, which have reached this stage, which means that the discussions will take place."

Iran PressEurope: Saeed Khatibzadeh who has traveled to Paris within the framework of the 'Normandy for Peace' international conference, added: "The United States is a party that has left the agreement, imposed unilateral sanctions, suffered the Iranian people, and it has cost the Iranian economy billions of dollars and punished not only Iran but even its allies who wanted to trade with Iran."

The Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman also said that the Americans continue to view sanctions as a tool and a lever.

Khatibzadeh pointed out: "None of Europe's obligations have been fulfilled, and then Europe is worried about reducing Iran's obligations in the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), at least what can be said is that these conditions are, if not cruel, but unfair."

Khatibzadeh stressed: "Iran is in Syria, because this country had become a haven for terrorists and because the Syrian government has asked Iran to do this, as Russia is there."

Khatibzadeh added: "Iran's relations with Iraq are a historical, popular, and multilateral relations."

Khatibzadeh said: "The people's will must be fulfilled in the future of Afghanistan, and an inclusive government should be formed that reflects the ethnic and demographic composition, and this country should not be the base of any foreign country again."
