Tehran (IP) - Iranian acting Foreign Minister Ali Bagheri Kani, in a telephone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Kuwait, Abdullah Ali Al Yahya expressed his gratitude for the messages of condolence of Emir of Kuwait and attendance of Kuwaiti Prime Minister's in the international commemoration ceremony of the Martyrs of Service.

Iran Press/Iran news: Ali Bagheri Kani after a phone conversation with Kuwait Foreign Minister, Abdullah Ali Al Yahya in a post in X platform said that " In a telephone conversation with Mr. Abdullah Ali Al-Hiya, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait, I expressed my gratitude and appreciation for the condolence messages of the Emir and the Prime Minister of Kuwait and their presence in the international commemoration ceremony of martyrs of service."

In ceremonies in occasion of Martyrdom of late Iranian President Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi and late Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and their entourages, leaders, head of states and senior figures of many countries around the world participated or send messages of condolences.
Beside public mourning in some friends and neighboring countries in many international organization's officials meetings participants observed a minute of silence for Iranian martyrs of services.
On 19 May 2024, Late President Raisi, Late Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, and several other officials were killed when President Raisi's helicopter crashed near the village of Uzi in East Azerbaijan province.
President Rais and his colleagues were returning from the opening ceremony of an Iranian-Azerbaijani join dam project when their helicopter crashed.
They were then named the Martyrs of Service.
