Iran Press/Europe: Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf met with Saqr Ghobash, UAE's President of the Federal National Council, on the sidelines of the 149th session of the International Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) which is being held in Geneva.
In his speech at this meeting, Ghalibaf condemned the crimes committed by the Israeli regime while expressing support for the resistance groups and urged the international community to sever economic relations with Israel.
The Assembly of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) is the main political body through which the IPU's Member Parliaments adopt parliamentary resolutions on global matters. It plays a pivotal role in addressing issues that threaten peace, democracy and sustainable development.
