Shiraz (IP)- Iran's Interior Minister criticizes the silence of human rights claimants following a terrorist attack at Shah Cheragh.

Iran PressIran news: The shrine of Ahmad bin Musa (Shah Cheragh), son of the 7th Imam, is in Shiraz, the capital of Fars province. It is a gathering place for lovers of Ahlul-Bayt.

Iran's Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi stated that the international bodies and countries that advocate for human rights are indirectly supporting such acts of terrorism.

The minister emphasized that the recent attack on Shah Cheragh was carried out by Iran's sworn enemies who aimed to destabilize the country and harm its people. However, he reassured the nation that the country remains stable despite these cowardly actions.

The Minister of Interior visited Shiraz this morning to assess the extent of the terrorist incident at the Holy Shrine and meet with the victims. The attack resulted in two fatalities and several injuries. The assailant attempted to enter the mausoleum through Bab al-Mahdi Gate and indiscriminately opened fire on innocent people. One attacker has been apprehended, while another remains at large.
