The General Meteorological Department of Kurdistan Province announced that a vast mass of dust originating from Iraq on Saturday caused haze and reduced air quality and horizontal visibility. In some areas, the weather in Kurdistan Province was in an unhealthy and dangerous range.
Some areas in the west, southwest, and center of Iran have been hit by severe storms and dust, causing problems for the people.
The climate of Iraq from time to time causes the formation of vast masses of dust which eventually affect part of the border and central regions of Iran.
