Iran Press/ West Asia: Lebanon's Hezbollah on Sunday in a statement announced that in supporting the Palestinian nation in the Gaza Strip and their courageous resistance as well as defending Lebanon, the resistance fighters fired rockets at Israel's Al-Karmel base in the south of the occupied city of Haifa as part of the Khyber operation series.
According to Hezbollah's statement, this operation was carried out by firing barrages of Fadi 1 rockets.
Hezbollah of Lebanon added: "The Islamic resistance is ready to defend Lebanon and its oppressed nation and will not fail to fulfill its duty to counter the Iarael's aggression."
The media announced an hour ago that the rockets fired by the Islamic resistance of Lebanon hit different areas of Haifa city.
Also, alarm sirens have sounded in Haifa and its surrounding areas. 219
