Iran Press/ Iran News: Sima Sadat Lari said on Saturday about the latest data on the Coronavirus in the country and the deaths caused by the virus: "According to the definitive laboratory findings and from yesterday to July 11 in the country, 2,397 new patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed in the country and the number of patients with this disease reached 255,117."
"1,739 of the new patients were hospitalized," she added.
The Spokeswoman said: "Unfortunately, in the past 24 hours, 188 COVID-19 patients have lost their lives, and total deaths in the country have reached to 12,635 people."
The official stated: "3,338 patients are in intensive care units."
So far, around 1,947,114 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted in the country," the Health Ministry spokeswoman said.
According to the spokeswoman, the provinces of Khuzestan, East Azerbaijan, Hormozgan, Khorasan Razavi, and North Khorasan Province are in the red.
The provinces of Tehran, Isfahan, Mazandaran, Golestan, Alborz, Lorestan, South Khorasan, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Zanjan, and Ilam are on alert. 207
