Iran Press/ Iran news: Chairing the meeting of ambassadors and UN Agencies on the occasion of the government week entitled' Health Diplomacy Achievements and International Cooperation on August 28, 2023, Baharam Eynolahi said: Cooperation in the health sector among countries requires interaction, and during the Coronavirus, it was proved to everyone that the world's people's health was not possible rather with the cooperation and interaction with each other.
In his remarks, he continued: countries should pay enough attention to establish centers and services available to all.
He added that the mortality of pregnant mothers and babies has decreased, life expectancy increased, access to health services improved, and health indicators have increased.
The Minister went on to conclude that Iran's progress in health was promising while coercive global sanctions have been imposed on the country, so Iran is ready to cooperate with other countries in the field of advanced medical equipment and patient treatment.
