Health Min.: Iran's national vaccination to be accelerated

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Minister of Health, Treatment and Medical Education, stating that with the increase in the import and production of vaccines in the country, the speed of vaccination would increase, announced the widespread distribution of vaccines in the provinces in the coming weeks.

Iran PressIran news: Bahram Einollahi stated in a tweet: "Simultaneously with the increase in the import and production of vaccines in the country, the speed of vaccination will increase and we are trying to expand the centers related to this sector."

He noted: "From the coming weeks, we will see the widespread distribution of vaccines in the provinces for vaccination."

Maximum vaccination is the main approach of the current administration in the field of health and treatment against COVID-19.

The Minister of Health said in a televised interview on Tuesday: "We hope to announce the end of the national vaccination plan in the 10-Day-Dawn of this year and to achieve complete safety."

Also, Alireza Raisi, Deputy Minister of Health said on Tuesday: "From next week, five million doses of vaccine will enter the country weekly, in other words, 20 million doses in September and 30 million doses in October."
