Iran Press/Iran news: People of Isfahan in central Iran attended the funeral of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) forces who were martyred in a terrorist attack in the southeastern province of Sistan and Balouchestan.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) Commander, Mohammad Ali Jafari gave a speech at the ceremony, Iran Press reported.
The IRGC Quds Base in Sistan-Balouchestan issued a statement on Wednesday night (February 13) saying IRGC border guards were traveling by bus back to their homes after finishing their border guard duties on Wednesday evening.
The statement added:"Takfiri terrorists and proxies of the hegemonic and arrogant system’s intelligence agencies carried out the suicide attack after the failure of the global arrogance (the US) in confronting Iranian people following the massive turnout in the 40th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution."
The IRGC statement noted that an explosive-laden car rammed into the bus on the road between the cities of Zahedan and Khash. 105 / 211
