Iran Press/Iran News: Mohsen Haji Mirzaei on Wednesday added about the educational conditions of international students, that the students study alongside Iranian students and enjoy the same services as Iranians.
Haji Mirzaei also pointed to the education of the students at the time of the outbreak of the coronavirus, stating that studying in the corona time is not different for international students because of Iran's policy towards foreign nationals and Iranian students is the same.
Iran's Minister of Education called on the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and other international organizations to fulfill their obligations vis-a-vis these students.
According to the Interior Ministry, about 1.5 million refugees are living legally and about 2 million are living illegally in Iran, most of them are Afghans.
