Iran Press/ Iran News: Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif sent a message to the Dutch Foreign Minister Stef Blok, congratulating him on his country's National Day and calling for the strengthening of friendly relations between the two countries in all fields.
The Iranian Foreign Minister also stressed the need for all countries to work together to combat the spread of the coronavirus and hoped that with joint efforts, the friendly relations between the two countries in the areas of interest would be further enhanced.
The Netherlands has two national holidays: Liberation Day on May 5 and King’s Day (“Koningsdag”), which is celebrated April 27.
King’s Day is actually the celebration of King William-Alexander’s birthday. On the holiday flags are flown throughout the country.
