Tehran(IP): The spokesman of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, while rejecting the claims of the British authorities about Iran's connection with the attacks carried out in the Red Sea, once again announced that the resistance groups do not take orders from the Islamic Republic of Iran and their actions are completely independent.

Iran PressIran news: According to the Iran press news agency, in continuation of the baseless claims against the Islamic Republic of Iran by the United States and the Zionist regime regarding the attacks of the resistance groups in the region, this time the British government made baseless accusations against Iran regarding the attacks that took place in the Red Sea. In this regard Nasser Kanaani, the spokesman of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran strongly rejected these claims.

In a statement, the British Foreign Ministry condemned the attack on the Zionist ships in the Red Sea and, while repeating the baseless claims, called Iran related to these attacks and blamed Iran for these attacks.

In this connection, Nasser Kanaani, the spokesman of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs today, on Tuesday, while rejecting the British government's baseless accusation regarding Iran's connection with the attacks carried out in the Red Sea, stated that these claims were made with specific political goals and said: "These claims indicate the efforts of the British authorities to reverse the realities of the region and also show that they are influenced by the preferences of third parties, including the child-killing Zionist regime."

The spokesperson of Iran's diplomatic system also condemned the unconstructive statements and actions of some British officials, which are a threat to regional and international peace and stability, and added: "The resistance groups in the region to confront and respond to the war crimes and genocide of the child-killing Zionist regime don't take orders from the Islamic Republic of Iran, and their actions are completely independent." 

The spokesperson of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs also advised the British authorities to condemn the crimes of the Zionist occupation regime instead of making baseless accusations and spend their efforts to stop the war crimes of this regime against Palestinian citizens, women, and children and to facilitate the provision of humanitarian aid according to the International regulations and responsibilities.

Earlier, the representative of the United Kingdom in the briefing meeting of the UN Security Council on Palestine made baseless claims against the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this regard, Amir Saeed Iravani, Ambassador and Permanent Representative of the Islamic Republic of Iran, strongly condemned and rejected these accusations in a letter to the President of the United Nations Security Council and the Secretary General of this organization. 219
