Sending separate messages to his counterparts in the Nowruz-culture countries including Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Iraq, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and India, Iran's Foreign Minister congratulated the over Nowruz occasion.

Iran Press/Iran News:  Today, March 20, was the beginning of the new Persian year and the occasion of Nowruz in Iran, which has a culture with its neighboring countries. 

The letter of congratulation says Nowruz Eid is a cultural and civilizational heritage with thousands of years of background common among the region's nations' civilizational area. 

Hossein Amir-Abdollahian described Nowruz traditions as the symbol of deep human connections among the region's nations, behind which is thousands of years of friendship, and peace. 

Amir-Abdollahian noted that the Iranian nation and government seriously pursue neighbor-centered policies to deepen friendship and cooperation based on mutual interests. 

He expressed hope that the path would be followed thanks to the will of the regional countries' nations and leaders and prepare the grounds for further progress, prosperity, and security of the region.
