Iran Press/Iran news: Qadr nights mean the nights of honor and dignity. It is a Qadr night where the first Divine Revelation was sent to Islam's Prophet. Nights of Qadr are the most important nights of the holy month of Ramadan.
The nineteenth, twenty-first, and twenty-third nights of the holy month of Ramadan mark the nights of Qadr, and Muslims seek refuge with their God through staying up, reciting Quran, praying, and reciting the prayer of the Joshan-e Kabir.
Health facilities, including distribution of masks and disinfection of courtyards, will be increased during all Qadr nights; monitoring of the protocols is also intensified by increasing the number of health servants of the holy shrine.
Courtyards and open spaces of the holy shrine are the main places for these three nights’ special ceremonies, and Razavi servants do their best to observe health protocols fully.
Also, officials of the Office for Foreign Pilgrims’ Affairs hold special ceremonies for Ramadan for foreign pilgrims to the Imam Reza shrine in Arabic, Urdu, and Azeri languages.
