Iran Press/ Middle East: Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in a message on his Twitter page on Sunday wrote: "We congratulate Mr. Ebrahim Raisi on his victory in the 13th presidential election of Iran and we wish stability and continued prosperity for the Islamic Republic of Iran and our relations with this country."
On Friday 18 June, the 13th round of Iranian presidential elections was held across the country and 133 foreign countries.
Ebrahim Raisi was elected as the 8th president of the Islamic Republic of Iran, with 17 million 926 thousand and 345 votes.
After Ebrahim Raisi won Friday's presidential elections in Iran, many political leaders and prominent figures in the region and the world offered their congratulations on his victory.
