Corona claims lives of 213 Iranians in past 24 hrs

Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Monday that COVID-19 had taken the lives of 213 patients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 87,374.

Iran PressIran News: According to the latest data, the total number of COVID-19 infected patients in the country reached 3,548,704, of which 3,152,653 of them have recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 25,441 cases, out of whom 2,740 patients were hospitalized.

4,361 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 25,118, 248 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 169 cities are red, 166 are orange, and 113 are yellow zones.

So far, 6,529,313 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 2,289,059 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 8,818,372 doses.
