Mumbai (IP) - The Deputy Head of Iran's Ports and Maritime Organization (PMO) says Chabahar Port must turn into a hub so that different countries could benefit from its capacities.

Iran PressAsia: Chabahar Port, southeast of Iran, is in a high position in the global economy due to its security and access to open waters, transit routes and cheap energy.

A Chabahar Day Conference, hosted by India's Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, was held in Mumbai, with the participation of the Indian companies' representatives and the ambassadors of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
