Tehran (IP) - An Argentine international activist stressed the importance of translating outstanding works to convey the message of the Islamic Revolution and introduce the true nature of Islam.

Speaking on the sidelines of the closing ceremony of a national festival on the translation of resistance literature, which was held on Monday on the subject of translating and compiling resistance literature into the living languages ​​of the world, Asad added: "Some of these works, which have been translated over the past 43 years in the field of sacred defense and the culture of resistance and distributed in the Latin American region, have been very effective."

"Translating into Spanish is very important because it is one of the most important and influential languages ​​in the world and is the second official language in the United States," said the prominent Argentine figure. "Also, around 600-700 million people in the world speak Spanish."

Asad added: "So the Latin American region is a very strategic region."

The Argentine activist, who has been working in translation for more than twenty years, emphasized: "The field of translation is very important to convey the message of the Islamic Revolution and introduce the true nature of Islam."
