Iran PressEurope: Ali Bagheri Kani, Iran's chief negotiator arrived in Vienna, the Austrian capital on Thursday morning at the head of a delegation to continue the Vienna talks aimed at lifting the oppressive sanctions.

At the start of his negotiations, Ali Bagheri Kani holds a joint meeting with Ma Zhaoxu, China's Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs and Permanent Representative of Russia to the International Organizations in Vienna Mikhail Ulyanov.

Ali Bagheri Kani after his second meeting with Enrique Mora, Deputy Secretary-General of the European External Action Service, in a Twitter message said that Iran to secure people's rights & interests is determined to reach a good deal.

Iran's deputy minister said that "Iran will continue to engage seriously and is determined to reach a good deal that secures our nation's rights & interests."

The new round of the JCPOA Joint Commission meeting resumed today (Thursday), at the level of the chairmen of the negotiating delegations of the P4+1 group, the European Union, and Iran.

Iran's top negotiator later said that Iran is ready to pave the way for reaching an agreement on the revival of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and lifting aggressive sanctions.

Iran in the past week submitted two texts as proposals to the representatives of the European Union and the P4+1 group and expect other sides to constructively respond to Iran's propositions.

The Islamic Republic of Iran emphasizes that the draft submitted is within the framework of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action and therefore expects the opposing parties to participate in the negotiations with specific proposals and responses, including the lifting of sanctions.

Despite the non-implementation of the West's commitments under the JCPOA, Iran is ready for fruitful negotiations in order to reach a good agreement during the talks and is determined for the success of the negotiations.
