Raisi:

Tehran (IP) - Iran's President says that the current level of relations between Iran and Kyrgyzstan is insufficient, especially in the economic and trade fields, and serious steps should be taken to promote interactions between the two countries.

Iran PressIran news: Receiving speaker of the Supreme Council of Kyrgyzstan, Talant Mamytov, on Friday, Ebrahim Raisi said: "There were high potentials for expanding ties between Iran and Kyrgyzstan to activate an appropriate planning."

Talant Mamytov, for his part, conveyed the Kyrgyz president's greetings and congratulations to Raisi and announced his country's high eagerness to expand economic ties with Iran.

He referred to the conclusion of negotiations for constructing a railway between Iran and Kyrgyzstan via Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan and the increase of flights between the two countries as the measures that could pave the way for the expansion of interactions.
