Tehran (IP) - The spokesman of Iran's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said all of the issues related to foreign policy were communicated through the ministry's channels.

Iran PressIran News: In reaction to the comments of the Secretary of Expediency Council Mohsen Rezai in an interview with the Financial Times, Saeed Khatibzadeh said on Friday that the interview and the comments made in it were personal.

In an interview with the Financial Times, Mohsen Rezai had stated that Iran was ready to negotiate with the United States and world powers in case it receives a clear signal.

“They can announce and reassure us that all sanctions imposed after the JCPOA [the 2015 nuclear accord] would be lifted in less than one year and tell us to go and negotiate this process,” Mohsen Rezaei told FT.

Meanwhile, Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said he will shortly present Tehran's "constructive concrete plan of action through proper diplomatic channels."

"Iranian polity is vibrant & officials express diverse opinions But those opinions should NOT be confused with state policy," Zarif wrote in a tweet on Friday.

"As Iran's FM & chief nuclear negotiator, I will shortly present our constructive concrete plan of action—through proper diplomatic channels," Iran's top diplomat stressed.
