Nasser Siraj, Secretary of the Human Rights Headquarters of the Islamic Republic of Iran, sent a letter to Volker Turk, the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, stating: The recent aggressive military attacks by the Zionist regime and the United States of America on nuclear, media, health facilities, residential areas, prisons and urban and rural areas in the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran are a clear example of violating the fundamental principles of international law, international human rights law and international humanitarian law.
