Palestine calls on international community to counter Israeli crimes

The Palestinian envoy to the UN sent separate letters to the UN officials calling for a decisive response from the international community to the crimes and efforts of the Israeli regime aimed at annexing parts of the West Bank to the occupied territories.

Iran Press/Middle East: Sending the letters on Thursday, Riyadh Mansour stressed that the Israeli regime abuses the coronavirus pandemic, implementing its plots including the annexation of parts of the West Bank to the occupied territories of Palestine with the full coordination with the US.

Monsour added that besides the violation of Human Rights, regional and international peace agreements, laws, and regulations, the act of Israel conveys the message that even the war criminals can do whatever they want with impunity.

The Palestinian envoy to the UN called on the international community to take palpable steps and appropriate stances to prosecute the Israeli regime’s authorities.

The Israeli regime is going to occupy parts of the West Bank in July and annex them to the territories that have been occupied in Palestine.

The annexation encompasses over 30 percent of the West Bank. The United States said it was ready to recognize Israel's annexation of much of the occupied West Bank.
