The US secretary of state confessed Thursday night that he was involved in President Donald Trump's decision to assassinate Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani, the late Commander of the IRGC Quds Forces.

Iran Press/America: In a speech in Florida, Mike Pompeo described the US cowardly act of assassinating Lt. Gen. Soleimani as "courageous", saying he was part of the decision-making process to assassinate the late Iran's Quds Force commander.

Earlier news sources had announced that Vice President Mike Pence and Mike Pompeo had repeatedly called on Trump to order the assassination of Soleimani.

The Commander of Quds Force of Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) Lieutenant General Qasem Soleimani, who had traveled to Iraq on the official invitation of the Iraqi officials, was assassinated by the US air-raid in Baghdad on January 3, 2020, along with his companions.

Many countries, organizations, and groups have condemned the US terrorist act.
