Iran Press/ Iran News: The FIFA World Cup is an international football/soccer tournament and one of the most significant sporting events in the world. Members of the Federation Internationale de Football Association [FIFA] compete every four years for the title of World Cup Champion.
The first FIFA World Cup championship was held in 1930, and follow-up tournaments have been held every four years, except in 1942 and 1946.
Qatar's 2022 FIFA World Cup is the 22nd to be hosted from November 21st to December 18th.
Ali Asghar Shalbafian, Deputy Minister of Tourism of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts of Iran, said: "Citizens of countries whose football teams have already qualified for the 2022 World Cup can apply for a single-entry visa, Double-entry visa, and multi-entries, and stay for 20 days (free).
Shalbafian added: The registration of the 2022 Qatar World Cup visa application and the loading of the ticket image on a website that will be launched for this purpose are among these conditions.
