Ali Salahshour, a judoka weighing less than 66 kg, also won a silver medal in Iran.
The 24th edition of the Deaflympics, with more than 4,000 athletes from 80 countries, began last Sunday and will end on May 15 after competing in 20 sports and introducing the best.
