In a tragic incident in Pakistan's Balochistan province, a bomb explosion near a police center in the city of Pishin has resulted in the deaths of two children and left at least 14 others injured, including several police officers.

Iran PressAsia: The explosion, which took place on Saturday in a busy market area near the police headquarters, has been condemned as a terrorist act by local authorities.

The injured, some in critical condition, were quickly transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. As of now, no group has claimed responsibility for the attack, but Pakistani officials are pointing fingers at Baloch separatist insurgents, who have been active in the region and are known for similar violent acts.

This attack follows a recent announcement by the Pakistani military that three leaders of the Baloch Liberation Army, a group designated as a terrorist organization, were killed during security operations in the city of Mastung.

The incident underscores the ongoing tensions and violence in Balochistan, a region plagued by insurgent activities and separatist movements.
