Iran Press/ Asia: News sources reported Saturday evening that the blast was heard from the second security district of Kabul.
Kabul Police Command spokesman confirmed the blast and announced that the explosion occurred next to the wall of a security checkpoint in the second security district.
He added that the investigation process is underway in this regard.
