Mehdi Safari, Deputy Minister of Economic Diplomacy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran, who is on a visit to the Republic of Azerbaijan, met with Shahin Mustafaev, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Joint Economic Cooperation Commission, and Khalaf Khalafov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
They discussed the latest developments in bilateral relations, the follow-up to the Joint Economic Commission, the ongoing plans between the two countries, the reconstruction of Nagorno-Karabakh and other issues of mutual interest. 219
