Iran Press/West Asia: Israeli airstrikes have killed at least 49 Palestinians in the past 24 hours, according to medical sources in Gaza. Among the dead are five children killed in attacks on tents located in the so-called ‘safe zone’ of al-Mawasi.
The death toll in Gaza has now reached a staggering 45,885, with over 109,196 wounded since the beginning of the current escalation of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict in early October 2023.
This is while many analysts and observers believe that the unregistered death cases are far more because of registered missing people who believed that their remains are trapped under rubble across Gaza.
