Iran Press/Europe: "If the members of the 4 + 1 Group do not fulfil their obligations by July 7, Iran will further reduce its commitments under the deal," Mustafa Oveysi said in an interview with TASS news agency.
Iran's ambassador to Belarus noted that Iran has repeatedly stated that it will only comply with its obligations under this nuclear deal if its partners fulfil their obligations.
"They had been suspended for 60 days in order for the 4+1 Group to implement its obligations, and warned that otherwise Iran would enrich uranium by more than 3.67 % and Iran's stocks of enriched uranium will exceed 300 kilograms and Iran will be modernising the heavy water reactor in Arak. All of these will be done in accordance with the principles and rights granted in accordance with articles 26 and 36 of the nuclear agreement," Oveysi added.

On May 8, Iran notified its remaining partners in the deal that it would suspend the implementation of some of its commitments as a means of spurring the European side to honour its end of the bargain.
The warning shot saw the country stopping exports of its excess uranium and heavy water for a two-month-long period.
The measure was taken in line with the Islamic Republic’s legal rights under Articles 26 and 36 of the nuclear deal, which is officially known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA)
The country also cautioned that it would resume enrichment of uranium to a higher fissile degree in 60 days if Europe persisted with inaction and failed to honour its obligations under the JCPOA. 101/211
