Khartoum (IP) - Sudanese people in Khartoum and other cities held demonstrations against the military rule in Sudan and also against the Israeli regime.

Iran PressAfrica: The people of Khartoum took to the streets once again on the evening of Thursday, February 10, 2022, chanting slogans condemning the continued presence of the military in power and emphasizing the return of civilians to power in Sudan.

Demonstrators in Khartoum and other Sudanese cities stressed that they would not hold any talks with the military and do not recognize them.

The demonstrators also underlined that Sudan would never recognize the occupying Israeli regime.

They carried handwritten signs saying that Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, an ally of the Israeli regime, would fall.

A representative of the Sudanese military government traveled to Tel Aviv on Wednesday, Reuters reported, citing informed sources and the media.

Sudanese troops in Khartoum used tear gas and sound bombs to disperse protesters, injuring dozens of people.
