Iran Press/ Iran news: According to Iran Press, Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Denmark's Foreign Minister Lars Løkke Rasmussen discussed the latest state of bilateral relations and ways to develop them in a phone call.
In the event, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran, while describing the historical relations between the two countries as a valuable capital for Tehran and Copenhagen, emphasized the necessity of continuing negotiations regularly for the development of bilateral relations.
Regarding the position of the Islamic Republic of Iran toward the war in Ukraine, Amir- Abdollahian reiterated once again: "The Islamic Republic of Iran is against war and has proposed a political solution to solve this crisis, and believes that any arming one side in the war will escalate the tension and It will lead to a decrease in stability in the region."
The Danish Foreign Minister also called the relations between the two countries historically significant in this telephone conversation.
Lars Løkke Rasmussen, while describing the dialogues with the Islamic Republic of Iran as necessary, emphasized the continuation of initiatives to strengthen bilateral relations in various fields.
In this telephone conversation, the parties agreed to establish a mechanism to strengthen political and consular consultations between the two countries.
